We are one of the Preferred Suppliers (as per the Preferred Project Managers Scheme released in March 2014), approved by the Ministry of Education to deliver both projects and 10YPP works in the Northern Region. Watershed is also a member of CEFPI, the Council of Educational Planners International – an association whose sole mission is improving the places where children learn. CEFPI members include individuals, institutions and businesses that are actively involved in planning, designing, building, equipping and maintaining schools.

Provide full Project Delivery for approved 5YA projects | Our expertise is in project delivery for Schools we work with closely. With a strong working relationship, and good knowledge of the wider School Property we build an understanding of day to day property related issues and any solutions dovetail cleanly into projects of all sizes. With this holistic approach to the property, we are able to ensure that funds are not unwisely spent in areas that are part of the bigger picture, i.e. 2, 5 or 10 year plans. There is nothing worse than a building being painted one year, and redeveloped the next!
As we are project managers who have experience in schools (and a school property management background) we understand how a project can impact a school and therefore use our planning and programming skills to minimise disruption without unduly impacting the delivery of a project. We understand schools core business is teaching and learning – our job is to help provide the facilities that encourage and enable this.
