Project Details:

Watershed is proud to be project managing the design and construction of a new multipurpose building and library; a collaboration between the School, Board of Trustees and Keith Hay Homes.
It will involve a new building of some 272.5m2 involving teaching/ learning spaces and a food technology area.
The bulk of the building will be constructed off-site and delivered to the school, meaning that only installation, access and decoration works will be carried out on-site, which will cause the least amount of disruption to the pupils and school as possible.
