Project Details:

Watershed has been given the opportunity to project manage the $7m redevelopment works on behalf of the Ministry of Education to significantly upgrade its existing teaching blocks, gymnasium and Wharenui, as well as the further building of several new blocks. These new/upgraded buildings have been designed to integrate learning environments into ILE teaching spaces, maximising existing areas and to minimise cost of asset maintenance.
