Adrian has stepped out of the manufacturing, FMCG and large industrial capital expenditure project management arena to bring his wide spread of experience to the Watershed team, based in Tauranga.

Adrian will be focusing on the local client needs and building the Bay of Plenty Watershed portfolio. He has a genuine appreciation of others and, by applying a collaborative approach to getting results, gains the trust and support of the project stakeholders. Adrian is always seeking opportunities for improvement and a proponent of lean manufacturing processes being implemented into project management systems.

His experience in large industry, strict hygiene food processing plants and mechanical engineering background has given him the technical knowledge to complement his project management skills to deliver desired project outcomes.

Making the Bay of Plenty his home, Adrian’s family of four enjoys what this slice of paradise has to offer and makes the most of one of the fastest growing regions in New Zealand.
