Watershed were engaged to work with Council and facility staff to review the learn to swim operations across all of their facilities. The review concluded with Watershed developing a new swim school to be owned and operated by DCC.

This work meant working closely and confidentially with key council officers to develop the branding, operational guidelines, job descriptions, fee structures and operating systems. The new swim school- “Just Swim” opened for business in July 2018.
