Our audits are designed to provide a regular snapshot into the performance of the facilities managed by our clients.

We aim to provide a holistic view of a facility. Some audits had focus solely on plant condition, whereas our approach focuses on reviewing a wide range of customer touch points and measures that reflect the whole customer experience.

We consider both the technical and customer perspective – if it looks dirty it probably is, and if it isn’t dirty but looks it then that’s what people think!

Asset management audits should consider whole of life maintenance and renewals, efficiency, operational ease, compliance with agreed standards and the ability of the asset to meet council and customer service delivery expectations.

To ensure consistency visits are made by the same team across each region. This allows for an understanding of baseline service levels and provides opportunities to share best practice and rapid task prioritisation. This has led to a more proactive approach to asset replacement and maintenance.
