Watershed subcontracted to Ignite Building Consultants to provide specialist aquatics expertise for surveying of assets, to provide a condition assessment, life expectancy and replacement value. The information has subsequently been requested by the Council as a separate body of work.

The project ran until July 2012 and Council’s internal audit of the data provided by Watershed showed a 100% accuracy rate across 23 sites with over 1,500 items surveyed.
