Property Administrator

We are ready to add a full-time Administrator to our Property Management Team. This role will take on the responsibility of assisting the Property and Operations Managers with all aspects of administration tasks.

The successful applicant will be able to work both autonomously and as part of the wider team assisting with quality outcomes and client expectations, therefore strong administration skills are required. You will liaise with a varied range of clients, so excellent communication skills are paramount. You will also assist the Property Team with planning, to meet delivery timeframes around holiday maintenance programmes and term cleaning.

We need motivated cleaners to join our small team for new house interior and exterior "builder cleans". We're offering varied hours per week and varied days per week.

Basically, some weeks are diamonds and some weeks are stones. In essence, one week may only have one clean of 4-6 hours rostered and yet another week may provide up to 15 hours of cleans. If those type of hours appeal to you and you're available any day of the week (generally 9am until 2.30pm), we'd love to include you on our cleaning roster. It’s a great way to keep fit, earn extra $$ and have work/life balance. $25 per hour. Start ASAP
