Visiting our school and tenant sites around the Auckland region to help maintain their valuable assets, you will be leading, guiding, and providing support to our staff, liaising, and developing relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Project Manager | Construction

With a diverse portfolio of projects in the region, our project consultancy team are looking for a project managers in Auckland, Tauranga and Palmerston North, who can manage a construction project from concept design, through to construction observation and project completion. We manage the assets and projects within a wide variety of sectors including education, aquatics and recreation. School Caretaker

We require a part time Caretaker for 30 hours per wee to provide property services at our client’s school in the South Auckland area. Managing the client's day to day property tasks, management of security and upkeep of the school grounds. A can-do attitude and an interest in working outdoors is essential, while the ability to use a computer for basic tasks is desirable. Proactive, motivated, and able to self-manage is essential. The ability to interact well and appropriately as part of the school community is a given.
