Catherine Seavill Head of Property

As Head of Property and part of the Executive Team, Catherine leads the multiple facets of Watershed's Property division overseeing the operation of our school property, cyclical maintenance, school cleaning, site support and management of the onsite Watershed caretakers based at our school sites.

Catherine has more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry and offers valuable expertise and practical knowledge in residential and commercial property management, project management and business development in both the private and public sector. In previous roles, she worked with Auckland Council Property Ltd (ACPL) managing regional parks and Heritage properties throughout the Auckland district. In this capacity, Catherine was involved in several vital and strategic project upgrades for the Council. This experience has been beneficial in the successful management of our client’s Heritage Church and residential properties.

Catherine is highly professional and client-focused building, managing and delivering successful relationships with a delightful sense of humour and a down-to-earth disposition. Enhancing the diversity in her experience, Catherine spent six years living in Queenstown working in the Property, Education and Tourism industries. This period offered her the opportunity to further her career development while enjoying the great outdoor lifestyle synonymous with this wonderful part of New Zealand.
