Chris Hancock Brand and Strategy Manager

Chris joined the Watershed team to head up brand and strategy for the business. He works closely with the team and Watershed clients developing relationships and new business opportunities along with ensuring the brand and strategic direction of Watershed is always exceeding our client promise.

Having previously worked in the design and creative industry and for the past five years in the commercial fit-out and manufacturing industry, Chris is well versed in developing teams that focus on delivering client-based outcomes in high pressure and dynamic environments. He has good practical knowledge and experience working across retail, fuels, banking, and nationwide roll outs.

Chris is a capable, result driven leader, passionate about people, has strong relationship skills and enjoys delivering innovative thinking.

Outside of work, Chris is the father of five children. He likes to keep fit, hang out with his family and in the past has enjoyed travelling. Four years ago, he and his wife took 4 of their kids to Guatemala for six months, where his wife had previously helped set up a hospice. They returned to work in the hospice as volunteers, immersed themselves in the Guatemalan culture and travelled through Central America.
