Jeff has a varied work background, but all his experience has ultimately led to him joining the Watershed team as a Project Manager. This is due to an increased emphasis on project and contract management throughout his previous roles.

While delivering projects for Watershed, Jeff will also be supporting the Head of Projects in providing leadership and guidance to the projects team.

After studying geology at the University of Canterbury, Jeff worked as a geologist in Australia and Mozambique. As a Geologist, Jeff got his first glimpse of project management by managing exploration programmes and multiple contractors. Upon returning to New Zealand in 2015, Jeff entered the engineering world. Firstly, in a geotechnical capacity and then as a Project Engineer in the Civil Engineering sector. Jeff’s role was to manage all aspects of projects and 3910 contracts both in local government and as a consultant.

Outside of work, Jeff likes to spend time with his family, friends and pets. This often includes weekend walks, losing miserably at pub quizzes and playing monopoly. Jeff and his family also like to collect and build Lego and is extremely excited that the Watershed office is located across the road from the Lego shop!
