Before joining Watershed, Johanna worked as facilities and office coordinator for two and half year at Gentrack where she run the office efficiently, solving any facilities issues that arise promptly, managing contractors, organizing jobs onsite and handling staff queries such as onboarding packs, H&S inductions, etc. She was part of Social Committee, H&S committee and got involved in some HR admin tasks as well. During her time at Gentrack she also organized office events such as Christmas parties, office engagement activities and support the marketing team on the company rebranding global event.
She has been involved in building management, property management and facilities management for more than five years and enjoy dealing with contractors and clients, always with a positive attitude and warm approached. Johanna background back in her home country also include journalism, customer service and sales.
In her spare time, Johanna enjoys spending quality time with her husband and 3-year-old daughter, playing with the most recent addition to their family, Pandi (kitten). She also loves to catchup with friends, watch movies and enjoy long video-call conversations with her family who are back home in Venezuela, Equador and USA.
