Five leisure facilities consisting of pools, gyms, plant equipment and buildings spread over the Tauranga City Council region.

Watershed started to work with Tauranga City Aquatics Limited in 2008 until 2011, providing quarterly operational audit services. These audits were instrumental in providing TCAL with an independent review of the Operator and an up-to-date assessment of their pool, plant and building assets.

Watershed was further requested to review the facility maintenance plans that were in place. Following the review, Watershed managed the re tender and assessment of the maintenance contracts that are now in place.

In 2011 we re-scoped and tendered the maintenance contracts and assisted with the writing of a new asset management plan.
