Watershed was requested to undertake an initial site audit to establish any operational inadequacies and areas for improvement. This audit led to us providing a full operational manual and staff training.

Subsequently, we were further engaged to assist with resolution of some previous and ongoing construction issues, this included lengthy periods of full control pool operations to establish what was considered “normal” and therefore identify design anomalies and suggest solutions.
