Watershed were initially engaged to provide client-side representative services during the construction of a new 16 classroom science block, working with the school and Ministry of Education and their appointed project team.

Watershed has also completed the 10YPP for the school, and are working across a number of other school lead projects including the Hostel and property tasks, supporting the onsite team.

More recently we have been awarded the contract for school cleaning after a competitive tender process, further rounding out our wider property offering to the school.
