Watershed was tasked with project managing the refurbishment of four teaching spaces. The works created breakout spaces between the teaching spaces with a refurbish of the library resource area and student toilets as well as replacing all of the window joineries, and overhaul or all of the teaching areas.

The classrooms were brought up to DQLS standard, with new acoustic wall coverings, carpet and vinyl replacement as well as a variety of other upgrades to the radiators, wet area cabinetry, new glazed entry doors, and an upgrade to LED batten lights.
