Niamh O'Sullivan Project Manager & Property Consultant

Originally from Ireland, Niamh is an experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator, having worked in New Zealand and Australia in the property, construction, and IT sectors. Previous and current clients include Schools, the Ministry of Education, Body Corporates and private individuals. Her past experience ranges from small refurbishment projects to multi million dollar weathertightness remediation, using the Ministry of Education and NZS 3910 contracts.

Successful delivery of a project is crucial for Niamh with clear communication, problem solving and financial management being most important during the project process. A key motivator for Niamh is to provide a favourable outcome for her client, while actively listening and guiding her client through the project with a positive and sympathetic attitude.

Niamh gained an Honours degree in interior and furniture design giving her skills and knowledge in spatial awareness and how people interact with interiors and the built environment. Further professional development allowed Niamh to achieve a certificate in construction project management, all of which is used on a daily basis.

Outside of work Niamh is a keen artist who enjoys artistic painting and crafting. Niamh also loves to explore New Zealand with her family and friends going across the many beautiful treks and trails that our own backyard offers us.
