Following 13 years of experience in customer facing roles ranging from retail to hairdressing to insurance and following 15 months of providing support to the Watershed Planning team, Nicole is now an Assistant Planner. She has proven to be an expert at building rapport and understanding client’s needs.

After planning, kick-starting and managing a successful hair salon she decided to exit the creative industry to explore her interest in asset management. This lead to a role at Insurance Australia Group (IAG NZ) where she assisted clients with managing their asset risk.

Nicole joined the Watershed planning team in August 2021 where she supports the senior planners whilst expanding her knowledge of property and project management. She brings energy, creative flare and a strong work ethic with an acute focus on delivering the best service for our clients.

In her spare time, she likes to experiment with interior design, DIY around the house, nurturing indoor plants and exploring Auckland eateries.
