With villages all over New Zealand our work for Ryman Healthcare is centred on all of their swimming pool facilities; primarily the condition of their pools and plant.

Watershed was initially engaged to provide auditing services to Ryman Healthcare for their retirement village’s aquatic assets in Auckland. Since undertaking the first audits in 2008, this has expanded to include the review of its village pool and plant asset nationwide, preparation of pool operations manuals, training of staff and providing remote support to maintenance staff in running their swimming pool facilities.

This has enabled Ryman Healthcare to acquire and retain knowledge in-house and realise cost efficiencies through not requiring a third party to run and maintain their swimming pools.

We now work with Ryman Healthcare in the development phase of new villages ensuring the pool facilities can be operated compliantly and efficiently.
