Watershed was very proud to project manage the design and construction of a new Administration and Middle School for St Paul’s College.
The first stage of the site Master Plan is now complete with the construction of the Middle School and Administration Block. This development was a huge reinvigoration for the school.
Watershed has been the project manager of a huge $9 million project at St Paul’s College with the construction of middle school classrooms and an administration building. The complexity of the project has not impacted on the day to day operations of the college in any way. I have been impressed with the communication culture which have sorted out the many and varied issues that inevitably arise in any project.
