Tania has a strong background in contractor management, with more than 15 years experience in commercial building maintenance and compliance. Although she started out in accounts and office administration, she found her niche in organising contractors and technicians.

With a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, Tania thrives in a busy team environment and enjoys developing strong client relationships and delivering quality outcomes. She is also well versed in H&S, having written several policies and procedures as well as operational manuals and performance reports.

Although born and bred in Auckland, travel is a passion. Tania lived in Queenstown for two years before moving to the UK for 12 years, spending many holidays in Europe. She enjoys spending her spare time family, her three daughters and friends.
