Vicki has been involved within the project management industry since 1997 and has been with Watershed since 2011. Vicki is part of the Executive Team and  is actively involved in a number of small to multi-million dollar projects, from design through to project completion. Previous projects include St Kentigern College’s New Administration Building, Sacred Heart College’s New Auditorium, New Administration and Library buildings at St Joseph School’s in Onehunga, Orakei and Takapuna, along with various state schools including Oratia District School’s new Learning Centre.

Vicki’s initial involvement in Project Management was within a Contractor Administrator’s role and her experience and dedication to project management work has enabled her to manage her own projects over recent years. She has an in-depth knowledge which helps to ensure projects are run efficiently and effectively.

Vicki puts high expectations on herself, the Project Team that she manages, peers and other consultants to produce accurate and timely information. She enjoys finding solutions to problems and addressing these promptly, to avoid unnecessary delays and ensure project deadlines are met.Vicki has built successful relationships with clients, consultants and contractors alike; these relationships add to Vicki’s success in managing successful projects and repeat business.
